Industrial and B2B marketing in Romania: the line stopped at 3 a.m. Who finds the part?

Industrial marketing for manufacturers and distributors of components, machinery and equipment. Buyers find your product by part number, on a page with a data sheet and a quote request, and we count the requests through to the order.

Large catalogs and 6,545 site errors brought to 0

For a manufacturer the same two things count: a page for every product, with the specs written as text, and a site Google can read in full.

Two Semrush Site Audit reports: site health from 68% to 99%, errors from 6,545 to 0
6,545 → 0site errors, in ten days

Site health went from 68% to 99%. That measures technical condition, not sales. For a manufacturer it means Google can read every product page.

What we've already done, for buyers who search by part number

We don't yet have an industrial manufacturer among our public work. We have an online store with a large catalog, a flooring retailer and a directory of drilling companies, a project of our own. In each one, someone searches for a part number or a need and has to land on the right company. We'll tell you plainly what worked there and what we don't yet know about your market.

A tidy metal shelf in a factory office, with a thick, old binder on the top shelf and a little dust in the air

The part exists, but it's in a binder.

A 400-page catalog is complete and correct. It just sits where nobody looks at 3 a.m., and on a phone it doesn't exist.

Five steps in one maintenance night. Each one is won or lost.

The story is made up, and so are the times. The website screenshots in the chapters are real.

03:07 · Shutdown

The line is down. The part number is on the plate.

With the line down, the engineer has no time for ten quotes. We start with one simple question: what comes up when you type one of your part numbers into Google, or give it to ChatGPT?

03:12 · Search

The part number goes into Google and ChatGPT.

We make your products easy to find by part number and by problem. Google ads run only on searches with a real need, and the pages are written so AI answers can quote them too.

03:26 · Data sheet

Every product has its own page. The specs are in the text.

The PDF stays as a download. The page has the part number in the title, the specs written as text, compatible products and the quote request button. We also clean up technical errors, so Google can read every page.

03:41 · Quote request

The request reaches a person, not a forgotten inbox.

The quote request button sits on every product page, the form has few fields, and the phone rings at your end. We log where each request comes from, so you know which channel deserves the budget.

06:40 · Order

The truck is loading. The line is running.

Our report starts with orders: how many requests came in, how many became orders, from which channel and what each one cost. We don't promise orders. We show you what worked and stop what didn't.

A manufacturer's website: from the PDF catalog to the product page

A manufacturer's website is not a brochure. It is where the engineer checks whether the product fits and asks for a quote.

Technical buyers search by part number, by dimension or by problem. If the information lives only in a 400-page PDF, Google and AI answers struggle to see it, and the person on the line won't read it on a phone.

  1. A page for every product or seriesWith the part number in the title and the specs written as text, not only in the data sheet.
  2. Compatible products, linked to each otherSomeone who doesn't find the exact part number finds its neighbor instead of leaving.
  3. A quote request on every pageA form with few fields: part number, quantity, company, phone. The request reaches a person.
  4. Data sheets and drawings to downloadThe PDF stays, as a file to take from the product page.
  5. Speed and technical cleanlinessThe page opens on a phone, on the factory floor, and Google can read every page without errors.
  6. Measurement through to the orderWe log where each request comes from, so you know which channel deserves the budget.

B2B marketing: it isn't one person buying, it's a team

In a manufacturer, an order passes through several hands: the engineer who searches for the spec, the buyer who compares quotes, the director who approves.

Each one reads something different. The engineer looks for the page with the specs, the buyer looks for the price or the quote button, the director looks for a company that looks serious on Google and in ChatGPT answers. The cycle is longer than in an online store, so it isn't only the first click that counts but how easily someone comes back a second time.

That is why we measure quote requests and what becomes an order, not impressions. If one request comes by phone and another by form, we want to see both in the same report. For us, B2B marketing means you see every request between the search and the quote, with its source.

What directors ask us

Do you guarantee orders?

No. We guarantee neither orders nor a place on Google or in AI answers. Our report starts with orders: how many quote requests came in, how many became orders, from which channel and what each one cost.

Do you work with machinery manufacturers?

We don't yet have an industrial manufacturer or distributor among our public work. We have an online store with a large catalog, a flooring retailer and a directory of drilling companies, a project of our own. We'll tell you plainly what worked there and what we don't yet know about your market.

We already have a marketing agency. Is there anything left for you to do?

We can work alongside them. We can start with measurement alone, which is Fix My Tracking: €1,500, fixed price, a before-and-after report in 7 days, so everyone working for you starts from the same numbers on quote requests.

How much does industrial marketing cost?

Our prices are public, without VAT and without the ad budget. A fixed-price project for product pages or for a site with a quote request starts at €1,000. Visibility in AI answers starts at €500 a month, and Google Ads management costs between €500 and €3,500 a month. Fix My Tracking costs €1,500, fixed price, with a before-and-after report in 7 days.

Why isn't a PDF catalog enough?

A PDF of hundreds of pages is hard to find by part number and hard to read on a phone. A product page with the specs written as text can be found on Google, quoted by ChatGPT and linked straight to a quote request. The PDF stays useful, as a file to download from the product page.

How long until we see something?

Product pages and SEO take months, not days. Google Ads on urgent searches can bring requests sooner, but they need a minimum budget. For a flooring retailer, the technical cleanup took site health from 68% to 99% in ten days, but that measures the state of the site, not sales. Most of our contracts are annual.

How much ad budget do we need?

We recommend at least €1,000 a month and around 50 conversions a month, so Google's algorithm has something to learn from. If you get few quote requests a month, you are probably under that threshold. We'll tell you up front and look for another channel.

What should a manufacturer's website have?

A page for every product or series, with the part number in the title and the specs written as text, compatible products linked to each other, a quote request button on every page and the PDF data sheets to download. It also has to open fast on a phone and carry no technical errors that Google can see. Fixed-price projects start at €1,000.

How do I promote a manufacturing or distribution company?

Start from what the buyer searches for: a part number, a specification or a problem. Then build product pages that answer it, run Google ads only on searches with a real need, give AI answers correct information, and keep a report that ties each quote request to the channel it came from.

What does industrial marketing mean?

Industrial marketing, sometimes called B2B marketing for manufacturers, means that a manufacturer or distributor of components, machinery and equipment gets found, chosen and ordered from by the companies that buy its products, usually by part number, data sheet and quote request. For us it covers product pages, Google ads on urgent searches, visibility in ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews, and measuring quote requests through to the order.
