Privacy policy
We're a tracking agency. It seems only fair that our own privacy page be an exemplary one — clear, honest, and with no PII sent where it shouldn't go.

What we collect
When you submit a form (application or audit): name, email, phone, website and the answers you give. We use these only to come back to you and prepare a call.
Your qualification file: the choices you make in the maze (business type, pain, budget) are saved in localStorage, in your browser. They never leave your device unless you submit the form — then we attach them to your application so we understand your situation.
Analytics: we use Google Analytics 4 and Vercel Web Analytics to understand how the site is used. Events contain no PII — your name, email and phone never leave in analytics.
Legal basis
We process contact details on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering your request and, where relevant, for pre-contractual steps. Analytics runs on consent where the law requires it.
Cookies and consent
The site is static and sets no marketing cookies from us. Analytics tools may set identifiers; you can decline via your browser settings. We don't build cross-site profiles and we don't sell data.
Who we share with
The providers that help us deliver the site and measure it: Google (Analytics), Vercel (hosting + analytics). We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.
How long we keep it
We keep application contact details as long as needed to act on your request and, if we become partners, for the duration of the engagement. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object, under the GDPR. Write to hello@rawideas.ro and we'll handle it. You may also lodge a complaint with the Romanian DPA (ANSPDCP).
