Who we are

What we collect
When you send a form (a call request, a brief, an audit application, a Local SEO request or the flight log on the homepage): your name and email, your phone and website if you add them, and what you write. We use them only to reply to you and prepare the call.
Your answers to the 2-minute check (business type, the problem you picked, your budget range) go with the form, so we understand your situation before we talk. If you never send a form, they never reach us.
Analytics: Google Analytics 4 (only after you accept) and Vercel Web Analytics count visits and clicks, such as which service page you opened or which budget range you picked. Those events never contain your name, email or phone.
What stays in your browser
The site saves a few small items in your browser's local storage, on your device:
ri_file: your answers to the 2-minute check, so the next pages and the form can use them.ri_flight: your answers to the questions on the homepage.ri_consent: your cookie choice, so we don't ask again.
Two pages also note, for the open tab only, that you've already seen their intro animation. None of this leaves your device unless you send a form. You can clear it any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.
Legal basis
We process contact details on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering your request and, where relevant, for steps before a contract. Analytics runs on consent where the law requires it: Google Analytics loads only after you accept cookies.
Cookies and your choice
We set no marketing cookies. Google Analytics sets its cookies only if you click Accept on the consent banner. Vercel Web Analytics counts visits without cookies: it tells visits apart by a hash of the request, which Vercel discards after 24 hours (Vercel's details). We don't build profiles across sites and we don't sell data.
Who we share with
The services that help us run the site, receive your forms and measure visits:
- Vercel hosts the site and runs Vercel Web Analytics. Vercel's policy
- Google runs Google Analytics 4, only if you accept cookies. Google's policy
- Web3Forms delivers the forms you send to our inbox (hello@rawideas.ro). Web3Forms' policy
- YouTube (Google): on pages with videos, the preview images load from YouTube's image server. The player loads from youtube-nocookie.com only when you press play.
If you message us on WhatsApp, the chat runs on WhatsApp and their policy applies. We don't sell or rent your data to anyone.
How long we keep it
We keep the details from a form for as long as we need them to act on your request and, if we work together, for as long as the work lasts. Ask us to delete them at any time and we will.

Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, limit how we use it, take a copy of it or object to how we use it. You can withdraw your analytics consent at any time with the "Change your cookie choice" button above. For everything else, write to hello@rawideas.ro. We reply within one month, the deadline the GDPR sets. You can also complain to ANSPDCP, the Romanian data protection authority.
