Data deletion instructions
How to request deletion of data associated with the Raw Ideas Social Radar App.
How to make a request
- Email hello@rawideas.ro with the subject line Meta app data deletion.
- Include the Facebook or Instagram account username used to authorise the app and, if known, its account ID. Do not send passwords, access tokens, or payment details.
- We will acknowledge your request and erase associated data from our active systems within 30 days, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
What the app covers
The app is intended solely to connect and monitor Raw Ideas professional assets. It does not read private messages, collect your friends’ data, or sell or rent personal information.
